Objectives: • Analyzing the reciprocal impact between corporate culture and strategy formulation and implementation of Vietnamese enterprises in a rapidly changing economy • Giving the enterprises some suggestions of building strategy-oriented corporate culture as well as being consistent with a changing environment of Vietnam.
