   With the goal determine the student satisfaction to contribute improvement, enhance quality of training of Vietnam National University, University of Economic and Business. The author chose the topic: “investigating the student satisfaction for quality of training program of VNU, UEB”

   This study was designed mainly by using quantitative model and using survey to collect information. The outcome of research with 4 components quality of training affect student satisfaction, include: tangible, training program, assurance, lecturer.

   The outcome of study contributed to affirm consideration of suggestion, however, quality of training is an uncertain field, it depends on level of student perceive. Therefore, depending on the real condition of each training unit, we need to have adjustment concept and measurement how to suit. Besides, the student satisfaction about quality of training depend on many external factors
