Step into the new term with their first job. Late September and early October 2013 , BA PLUS Club urgently recruited enough personnel to meet the club's demand in the new term.
After nearly one month of hard work , careful selection , the candidates had to pass the challenging interview on 09/29/2013 and finally the club had successfully chosen 25 most appropriate candidates to become official members. These 25 including 11 new members of the Specialization Department, 4 members of the HR Department and 11 members of the Department of Communication and Public Relations.
Along with the task of recruiting new members, the club also organized to restructure the Executive Boards to find new members with new way of thinking, with the view of bringing the club's activities BA PLUS to further development to achieve goals: Be advanced with BA PLUS.
The operational structure includes: 1 President, 1 Management, 3 Vice Presidents (chief) in charge of each department: Human Resources and Finance, Specialization and Communication and Public Relations. There's also 4 Vice Director of each department.
